Tuesday's Atmosphere

Whoever you are, wherever you're sat... we're still in this - and this coming Tuesday we need to show why the City ground has developed such a reputation as a fortress. We need to be singing constantly at the top of our voices for 90 minutes straight, whatever the scoreline.

We have a major advantage over Blackpool in terms of their terribly poor support, and whilst our teams may be evenly matched in the talent stakes, we cannot underestimate the effect that us being in amazing voice will have on the players.

I for one cannot wait. We still have every chance of winning this. ONE goal and we'd be even AS WELL as having the momentum!

Now let's scare the shit out of Blackpool and show them what "support" really means!

Have to say the atmosphere created by the Blackpool fans today was brilliant (albeit alot came from some paper fan clapper things that had obviously been put on every seat).

We need to make sure that the atmosphere at The City Ground on Tuesday is electric. Thoughtus Forest fans were abit quiet (through nerves, I expect) but the same simply cannot happen on Tuesday.

We can really be the 12th man and I don't want Blackpool to put us to shame in the singing and atmosphere stakes on TV!

It's a song they sing about us and is quite frankly pretty awful and cringeworthy so for us to copy it is even more embarrassing. Plus, I don't think anti-Derby chants should be on the agenda at all on Tuesday. 100% backing for our own team from start to finish it should be.

i'm with redstone - we're their to support Forest and cheer them on to Wembley, not to bad mouth a team that's not even playing, and realistically not fussed by the outcome!
