Hate to point out the blindingly obvious but that picture is taken at a bit of an angle and isn't really conclusive at all?
 
It's more conclusive than how it looked to me at the time!

Shame there's no shadow, it would be easier to suss out the ball's position. There's been little complaint from the Derby camp on whether or not it was in, so it surely was?
 
I sit right in line with the post's in A block and siad it to all those around me it didnt fully clear the line as i didnt actually see all of the ball in the goal area (i.e for it to have crossed the line I would have had to of seen the full ball past the post) I actually thought at first the linesman was flagging for a foul in the box and was amazed he gave it, but doesnt really matter as we scored 3 more anyway lol
 
I always think if it's mostly in it should be given anyway. And not just cos of this, in general! Professional lines are painted pretty thick too, which I find a bit odd.

If you look at bywaters foot, you can see its shadow on the goal line going slightly over it. The balls just slightly past his foot, so it is in :)
