Tricky Tree Travel away trip to Preston

Entertainment throughout! Thanks lads!
1. The bus turned up to the wrong pick-up point. Down to One Job? No! It was Lord 20 Jobs (Birthday Boy) who cocked up. Still it gave us a chance of an extra pint and bacon butty before we set off.
2. Then the boys carried it on during the journey, with accusations flying back and forth punctuated with lots of finger-jabbing. It only stopped when the vids came on.
3. Just as we thought peace had broken out .... guess what? We turned up at the wrong pub! Same name - wrong village. Some of us thought it was the wrong county. The only away trip pub that is closer to Nottingham than the away ground!
4. Good job Direby is closer than Preston. Otherwise we'll end up in Leicester on the 22nd.

A great trip! It's the ONLY way to travel! BTW, I was really impressed with our away support - could have been 2000 of us there. Poor home support except for the noisy bunch of 12 year olds in the next section to us.

Also, I hear that those incredible fans who watch NUFC have been up to their old tricks again. Nothing like punching opposition players when the score is 1-3, is there lads?

Your turn Michael!

It was a home fan that floored the Stevenage player!

Only thing Newcastle fans are guilty of is showing themselves up over and over again by their fat fans showing the land their man boobs.

I just loved the fact that you could see the Blackpool Tower from the 'wrong' pre-match pub! Credit to the landlord though. Only two bar staff on but still managed to serve us all quick smart. With custom like that he must have thought Christmas had come early/late!!!

My debut on Tricky Tree Travel. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an enjoyable alternative to the tedious official buses.

Great job boys.

Was it definetly a Stevenage fan, why would you floor your own player? Well unless you had issues with him. I don't think I would floor anyone in the Forest team at the moment.

If i was still living in Arnold in Nottingham I thinking I would be using Tricky Tree Travel. I'll possibly be moving back Nottingham way in a couple of years.

He apparently was refused the shirt of the player in question!

Winnits - in retrospect, nobody could believe that Newcastle fans would EVER have done that, so I apologise unreservedly to them and their fine supporters.
Vicar - are you really weighing it up? Although I suppose going round London for a whole morning - Camden Lock etc - would be entertaining before running the gauntlet through the WHU fans later!

Thanks RRRREDUN.
Onejob is officailly in the blue corner and me in the red for the sheep match.
We carried on our feud into today until we kissed and made up after the cup draw.

Yeah it was a bit of a cock up yesterday that the result seemed to soften, look on the bright side though at least we aint Newcastle fans!!

You can sod off mate,im in the red corner:p.Ok lets get things correct here, the yoof who hit the stevanage player had a red an white scarf, but does that make him a stevanage fan?.

Yesterday there was a slight rearrangement of pick ups, drop offs and pubs but i managed, against much adversity,to correct the problems.I,d settle for a day like that on the 22nd with the same result. We do try our best and more often than not it works out well.As for the wet spam game ,im gonna book the blind begger pub and ask danny dyer to do a bit of stand up.

And remember we are TTT.we dont blow bubbleslol

West Ham IS in Manchester, isn't it? Anyway, It'll be fun - book me in, 20 jobs! Now, are we sure we can get to Direby without mishap? At least the 10 miles or so won't give time for the bickering to develop! BTW, what's on the breakfast menu for the 22nd? Full English. And hopefully, Pez will have those sheep he promised us! BTW, if you hadn't told us we were aiming for the same pub as last time yesterday, we wouldn't have know better. Advice - if we go down the wrong road and have to turn back, announce that we did it for a reason with full excuses. We can vote for the best excuse of each trip. Also, where will we stop for the WHU game?
