All those critics of MA and the transfer committee - what exactly have they done wrong?
Players we were publicly trying to sign (in my opinion) decided to go somewhere else, which happened to be in the Prem, with it's associated riches etc. Personally, I don't think Moses was one for this season anyway - he was a young kid with bags of potential who could just struggle this season in the prem anyway. It's a pity Palace had to have a fire sale now - once promoted, we could probably have picked him up anyway.
As for Shorey - he possibly thinks he has an outside chance of being noticed for the WC squad if he's in the prem AND we would have had to find £30,000 per week for his wages.
As for Leon Best - tricky but not as effective as what we've got - I've heard people say he is the missing piece in the jigsaw that is Newcastle United. Rubbish - he's not that good - if he was, we'd have had him!
Personally - I've no probs with the panel - they did us proud in summer and Shorey apart, didn't really have any need to get anyone as our performances have shown.

Now, I'd agree that M Arthurs is not exactly well liked for good reason, but to have a go at Forest/board for no signings is simply not warranted.
There's a very good reason we haven't signed anyone and that's because limitations are in place to stop another "platt" happening
no one player is bigger than Nottingham Forest, and that the name these people are protecting.
Thankfully Forest will never be in a position to sell out to an American franchise (direby)
