T'is actually a popular myth. He is a very quiet man and keeps himself to himself but the rumours about him batting for the other side have never been proven.

That was something started by the Arsenal crowd, although allegedly Mr Cole was involved, it is widely believed Sol was no-where to be seen...

:nowink: Newcastle - The rumour is that he has already talked with them and is willing to sign on the dotted line, I imagine any hold up would be pending the sale of the club. He wont go to County, or at least it is hugely unlikely.

I can tell you this is from someone who knows him very well.

I find it funny the conversation about Sol has come up on hear when only 2 & 1/2 weeks ago I was at a friends party who also know one of his fellow ex proffessionals personally. It's the second time I've bumped into Ray in 3 months. (You probably might recall my facebook status regarding the christening?)
