Made me think Doughty might have timed things well if he spends, everyone else is getting credit crunched and going into administration (except the big 4 of course, who are probably worth more than most countries GDP).

I was thinking the same thing earlier.

They say its a gamble to spend and hope to go up. Although if you can afford that gamble now is the perfect chance to do it.
