Ticket help for Saturdays game!

Morning Gents, been a while!

Just wanted to ask a very quick question,
I bought tickets for saturdays game on Monday last week and typically they normally get to me in the post within a day or two, they still have not come through. And when I mentioned it to my beloved (Ipswich supporting) partner she said that there is a small chance that they may have arrived and she may have "accidently" put them in the bin!!

If this is the case what do i do? the ticket office is closed today so am getting worried that im running out of time if more tickets need to be sent through, or can they even do that? has this happened to anyone before?

Just ring the ticket office and say they never arrived - we did this on the Peterborough away game when my brother realised on the day that his girlfriend had taken the tickets with her to Brighton by mistake and they issued us with replicas with very little fuss.

Just ring the ticket office and explain as robh suggests. There's still time for replacement tickets to be posted to you but you can request that you collect them from the Main Stand ticket office on match day should you prefer.

Make sure you have your client reference to hand and any payment details to confirm.
