Add Sheffield Wednesday to that list. Thornbridge ale, which is very nice. You rack them "bright" for easier dispense.
Brighton, Wigan and Accrington all manage it, so its not impossible.

Everyone will have their favourites, but what is common IMO is a desire to support local brewers rather than the multinational purveyors of filtered pasteurised piss.Absolutely agree.
Neon Raptor, Black Iris and Liquid Light would be good shouts on keg too.
Hence why I selected Local Breweries, who focus on their Keg offerings.Everyone will have their favourites, but what is common IMO is a desire to support local brewers rather than the multinational purveyors of filtered pasteurised piss.
Not available everywhere inside the ground though. I was in the Leppings Lane lower for the Pigs game and the choice that day was bottled Carling or cider.Add Sheffield Wednesday to that list. Thornbridge ale, which is very nice.
I think I had a dodgy pint of that the other week.I suppose if it was a Castle Rock it would need to be something like Our House at 3.4%.
Can't see them putting Screach on.
If i remember, the club signed a beer supply agreement with Greedy King. These agreements don't allow for anyone else's beers being anywhere near the ground. I was told that their rep walked into the toilets, saw posters for Great Northern Inns (who owned The Navigation brewery) and made the club remove them all.Iirc, the owner of a brewery that used to be extremely close to the CG offered to bring beer, stand it, sell it, take back whatever wasn't sold to the pub very near the CGz stand it and then sell it there.
Club said no
Ok Boomer.Keg? No thanks. And as for that craft nonsense........hazy hopsoup beers have no place in modern society and need binning totally.
Redemption red aleI suppose if it was a Castle Rock it would need to be something like Our House at 3.4%.

Any hint they might sell high quality cask aleor much better quality lager rather than poor quality corporate lager such as Madri, Foster’s, Carling, Stella, etc.
The plain concrete concourse at football, how DARE they! I mean, everyone else has marble, and we get concrete!.We entered the ground early for the Chelsea game, for a younger fan. Got ourselves a drink and stood on a plain boring concrete concourse. I said at the time, there was nothing to entice me back, I'll stick to the Trent Nav or TBI.
We can’t go on the piss with Nuno without Madri or Stella…..
Forest used to do this. Trent End hospitality was open during the week but they gave up because nobody used it. Trentside isn't exactly an enticing destination on non match days. When I did my Tour of the Grounds, I arrived in Blackburn the night before the game, so I thought I'd go and have a look at the ground. I found a bar open in one of the stands, apparently open regularly in the evening to all. Very nice it was too.
Perhaps the CG isn't situated in the right place to have a regular bar situated in one of the stands, but it seemed a good idea to me and does away with the problem of what to do with left over beer etc.
I did form a sort of chatty friendship with one of the lads running it so, come the day of the game, I thoughtlessly wandered in to have a drink and was minding my own business when the friendly bloke came in and reminded me that on matchdays it was for Blackburn fans only! Rather like the News of the World reporters, I quietly made my excuses and left.
At 6 dobs a pint it aint, thi can keep the dishwaatta.Forest used to do this. Trent End hospitality was open during the week but they gave up because nobody used it. Trentside isn't exactly an enticing destination on non match days.
Agreed. The fan zone is great and we tend to stay there until about 20 minutes before kick off. They should get rid of the entire car park behind the BC & extend the fanzone. That has been a good addition but could be 3-4x the size!
Even if the food was good i'll never get anything from the concourses because they are always too busy.
There's the demand to make it bigger, and the space so not sure why they don't.Agreed. The fan zone is great and we tend to stay there until about 20 minutes before kick off.
Am I right in thinking you can go there at half time now? They should get rid of the entire car park behind the BC & extend the fanzone. That has been a good addition but could be 3-4x the size!
Even if the food was good i'll never get anything from the concourses because they are always too busy.
Dust off the old big screen from the Derby match for away games!Fanzone could be way more lucrative. There’s thousands that can’t get tickets, why on earth not play the game, cheaper beer and food for those without tickets? I don’t get it
