All I will say is that if we end up in the Championship next season and Hollywood FC end up in the Premier League I think that'll be me done with football
I agree with your sentiment but you'd have to admit that would be some rise from them, I think they were non league when we got promoted.

I think most fans of most clubs would admit having money is only part of it, spending it wisely also counts, and having the people who can make it count on the pitch too. Phil Parkinson has been around long enough and is pretty shrewd so who knows.

I hate the media circus around them too but credit where it's due

I can't stand him or them Statto so I'll just leave it there

I can't get behind the Wrexham story. They need cutting down to size.
In terms of relegation odds, my AI model has WHAM pushing close to 90% probability now.
Forest and Leeds each at c.5%. Sounds about right doesn't it.
Palace and Spurs around 1% each.

I've got West Ham at about 85% at the moment, still just a little uncertainty with a few things. Its about 95% for the other two in the bottom 3 (my model doesn't like to call it certain until it actually is impossible..)

Palace have Burnley & Wolves as their next 2 home games, pressure is on them but that is their chance to avoid getting in the mix.
Seen a lot of people think West Ham will win pretty comfortably this weekend at Burnley and as terrible as they are they are half decent at home. Plus West Ham without there best centre back and hopefully confidence has dropped after last Saturday I quite fancy Burnley to not lose.

It’s never easy away from home and Burnley are due a win.

I'll only really consider Palace in the fight if they fail to win both to those. They already have a 9 point gap to West Ham.

JSL may have been overpriced but he'll still improve them.
Agree, can’t see them being dragged in personally.

Interesting how even in the depths of the Ange experiment we still didn't have much betting action on us.

Oh, we did.

Loads of firms hoping we stay up.

Fair enough if bookies took some action but exchange money appeared to be dead as a dodo.

I'm guessing that meant mug punters were happy to bet but more sophisticated ones sat it out waiting to see what played out?

After this weekend the talk could well be 3 from 4. Fail to beat Wolves and we might have to sacrifice Europe completely.

Looking like us or West Ham to take final relegation spot then.

Grim.

It was a must not lose tonight because Leeds will have the impetus and momentum again, probably going on to stay up so tonight is damaging on many levels. I would be looking at Palace but they have favourable back to back home fixtures coming up (Burnley then Wolves) where if they win both they've already almost done enough imo so it is indded looking a likely shootout between us and West Ham, and if they win tomorrow it's going to be in the balance somewhat.
