Yes, Brighton without De Zerbi would be interesting, though as they're another moneyball side they'll probably try and recruit a replacement to fit the same system.

It's when these kind of setups fail at succession planning, which they will eventually, where they will burst like Southampton did.

I can see this happening, although would need to clear the hurdle of adopting to Brighton's way of football rather than Cooper's more recent football which has revolved around physicality and pace.
