The race for 2nd in simple terms?

I think you'll get 9 points from your three remaining games at home. Cardiff may give you a bit of trouble but I think you'll win that one.

That means us Baggies have all 6 of our games to beat the total of what you achieve in your three remaining away games at Blackpool, Bristol City and S****horpe. Plus our goal difference may be worth an extra point as security.

Put like that, you would think we should be very confident but we all know what this game is like.

I think a point or two will be all that's in it and that point could well be goal difference.

To put it in more simple terms we have to gain 10 more points than you.

You should be confident, however it is that which breeds complacency.

..between Newcastle and West Brom.

We will win our last 6 games and get 2nd place. Keep the faith.

I think we'll win 5 out of 6, so for automatic promotion WBA need to get 85 points and maintain their superior goal difference of +14 better than Forest. It would take a huge turnaround for the goal difference to be surmounted, so basically that leaves WBA looking for two more wins :-(

We'll probably be third, so it's either Fester or Blackpool in the play-offs IMHO.

I hate sounding negative, but I just can't see WBA imploding a la Carlisle/Donny in our league one promotion season. Playoffs it is and I'd say either Swansea (I think they are starting to falter) or the crisp bowl dwellers in the semis.
