Given the level of queuing that has to be undertaken to get a pie, I wouldn't bother full stop unless it's one of those odd occasions when I'm in the ground early.

Steak pies cost more.

Steak and Kidney is a good price and doesn't have potato in.

Meat and potato would be ok, but for the fact it feels like the meat and potato have been in a blender, and you're eating baby food encrusted in pastry.

It also baffles me that they don't sell mushy peas and mint sauce in the winter months. Quid a pot, would fly out.

My main problem is that they don't pour 50 odd pints about 15 minutes before the end of the half.

Have a beer only queue and sell them for exactly £3 not £3.10 (less change to worry about.)

But know, you pop down just into injury time and theres a crush of a queue and pints being poured as they're ordered.

I imagine its a lot cheaper to buy the barrels for draught rather than bottles.

The mark up defecit would be negated by the volume sales.

Agreed, the burgers in the Main Stand are almost inedible. (I've never thrown one away)

The queues are twenty minutes, hang on lets get a new stadium.

The catering at the ground has not been good for some time; regardless of the quality (or lack of) the worst thing is the queues; I don't bother at half time, as it is difficult to get served and have time to eat/drink before the start of the second half!

As for pies; my pre-match setup is usually Steak and Kidney Pukka Pie and Chips from the chippy on Radcliffe Road - £3.20 yesterday! :-*
