The 2 games this season at pride park i have been too, just a question on something i noticed, the first game when CC was in charge of us and jewal was in charge of them when i was in the stand the forest fans were signing '' cloughies red n white army'' for alot of the game and the last game when davies was in charge of us and cloughie jnr was in charge of them i did not here it once! was this for any reason or was it just one of those things?

Can't you answer your own question? That would have given Derby fans the incentive to sing back - cloughies black and white army! It's not that hard really!

Nobody ever felt comfortable singing for Calderwood, a shame really, but perhaps an indictment of how fragile his reign was from a fans perspective.

I rarely sing for a manager. However, as I've said once or twice on this forum, CC DID build the basis of a very good team. They need motivating to play ALL the game and to reach their potential.
Give CC some credit. I did think he had to go because he was attracting the stench of failure - there comes a time when no matter what you do, you seem to lose out. CC had reached that point although he regularly suffered from bizarre tactical failures..........

It doesn't disappoint me, you misinterpret my comments - the fact that only on a handful of occasions I can recall a 'Calderwood's Red n White army' chant going up rather than a 'Brian Clough's Red n White army' is testament to the fact.

Personally I had no issue with the Calderwood version, I just didn't hear it very often.

Just one of those things.

I suppose you were at the opposite end to me then or summit because I remember singing it!

That's besides the point.

Calderwood's name was sung less than any of his recent predecessors, not that I'm suggesting he was a poorer manager.
