For me his is the model professional that a club can have. An absolutely brilliant servant.

It must never be forgotten that in the promotion season he played out of his skin in a position that wasn't even his own. One of the most important players we have had in recent years.

I really do wish him all the best.

In an era full of media fall outs, dressing room antics and Billy big bollocks, Jack has been an absolutely incredible professional, kept his head down and given his all anytime anywhere. For that reason he has been one of my favourite players in the last few years.

Not many leave here after a number of years with their heads held high so in that regard thanks to Jack for a good stint.

I'm glad we haven't renewed his contract though. For a while I thought we might end up doing so even though we outgrew him in June last year.
