Personally I think that it should be a fixed price for a player with their squad number. Anything custom like your own name should be charged per letter/number. They probably don't cost anywhere near the price of the letters even including the fact someone has to physically print them.
Can't stand the lad but from recollection he is apparently quite smart - I think he used to be a decent chess player as a kid. Not like some of the brain cell voids which City put into fee paying schools...

To be fair that's common practice in Spain. First one I remember was Raul (Gonzalez) but now most Spanish players seem to have their Christian names on their shirts.

I think most are a set price now - I know at Forest they are I think it's £15 regardless of who you have for a player name/number
Personalised maybe a bit more.

Wonder which ones work out the cheapest and most expensive in terms of numbers and letters. Both Milenkovic and Gibbs-White are a lot of letters and 2 digit squad numbers. if Sels had 1 then that wouldn't be much at all.

The only good thing is that he couldn't keep his Liverpool squad number as Spanish squads have to be numbered 1-25 apart from youngsters. Wish they'd do that here.
