The BIG FAT *Guaranteed* ££'s profit thread!!!

As another season fast approaches its time to plunder the coffers of those dirty book makers.

Last season ended with a miserable negative equity loss of £1000 +   :D

But as we all know Fortune favours the brave.

In order to balance the books this season I have spent 100 + hours studying results over the past 20 years. Taking into account many different factors. Squad size, Level of football etc etc

An important ingredient not to be discounted is "Sods Law". But I firmly believe that factor is behind us now and it time for the "Law of Averages" to visit our doorsteps again.

I have reduced the game stake from last seasons £20 to £10 at the request of my Mrs Bank Manager.

In order to achieve the potential profits achievable it will be necessary to register with an on-line betting company as they offer much better odds than High St bookies.

My favourite is Betfair. All the odds I quote are taken from Betfair.

The betting system will require you all to place your hard earned dosh week in week out regardless.

So here goes, these are the score lines you will need to back for every first team Forest match this season.

0 -0 £2 @ 14/1

2 - 2 £6 @ 22/1

3 - 3 £2 @ 130/1   ;D "Law of Averages".

Having crunched the digits I estimate this system will produce a profit of £200 minimum after the return of your potential £500 out lay.

In all probability you will get a free season ticket next season for the Championship!!

All aboard pile on.    :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Spread betting is much more complicated than that.

In football it would work like this:

If the bookie thinks there will be 5 yellow cards in a football match, yet you think more you can 'buy the spread' for however much. Lets say £1

Now if there are 8 yellow cards, you win £3, if there are 20 yellow cards you win £15, but if there are 3 yellow cards you owe £2.

Does that makes sense?

You need an account as it isn't a case of put your money on it and win or lose.

Hey Kilburn.

Your post was too long for me to be arsed to read it.

What's the plan?

Hopefully more sensible than the 3-3 idiotic idea of last season.

Hang on, is he serious about this?

And you put £1000 on a 3-3 draw week in, week out, last season?

If this happened surely some common sense should have kicked in at some stage when you realised our defence was good, but goalscoring was a problem?

Or have I misunderstood?

You're a brave man to go against the iron thumb, all the same. :)

Kilburn in positive Forest comment shocker!!!

Does this mean that you reckon we will go up or will your season ticket be to see the AMBITIOUS rams back in the Championship?

Gambling is a mugs game BTW.

The only safe bets are when the opposing strikers used to play for Forest. Get your money on if any of them return to Trentside.

Wheres that big shithouse Neil Shipperley these days?

Last season I put £1 on an entire round of L1 matches and I got them all correct apart from guess what... FOREST! I had us down to lose at Scunthorpe and we went and bloody drew didn't we! Lost me a few hundred quid :(

I've had a fiver on us to win L1,(5/1) Charlton to win Championship (6/1) and MK Dons to win L2 (8/1). Returns about £1500 if it comes in.

You have to enter the code BFB456.

I always stıck an accumulator on each week and a fıver on Bennett(or morgan ıf bennett ısnt playıng) to score fırst ın the second half, ıts usually about 44/1 and ıt happened a couple of tımes last year.

After todays Dobie inspired and oh so predictable 0 - 0 our balance now stands @ £26.15.

Upwards and onwards. ;D

Tonight's thrilling encounter offers another opportunity to plunder the Bookmakers back pocket.

Stick to the system. Tonight's odds are from Betfair.

£2 on 0 - 0 @ 9.8/1

£6 on 2 - 2 @ 20/1

£2 on 3 - 3 @ 100/1   :D

Taking into accounts Forest's miserable record in the past decade against so called inferior teams Chester are being offered @ nearly 5/1!!!!!

Perhaps worth a very small side wager?

£20?

The more I think about it I can only see one winner tonight. It's all so bloo*y inevitable!!

Mr Kilburn, might I suggest that you should have learnt last season.
Betting is a mug's game.

Another £22 return tonight keeps the "Mugs Game" rolling on.

If you have followed the system from the first game your balance now stands @ £40 having started with the initial £10 bet.
