Just been looking through some old matchday programmes (my brother’s) and just spotted this little lad was in our academy, before his dad joined us on loan.

He was indeed. Fantastic player but his size always went against him (in the eyes of our a academy anyway) and it was one of the main factors why he left. Danny Thomas was a real talent too, he should have had a far better career, he moved to Leicester I think, but then played mainly in League 2 at Bournemouth IIRC.
