That Championship Feeling

Hi everyone, first post here although I read the post a lot as a guest, anyway....

Does anyone own that video? Made in the season following our Championship win with Martin O'Neill giving the introduction. A full review of the matches and goals from that great season.

Well I have it and recently transferred it to dvd for my dad. Unfortunately he died about 6 weeks later so I'm left with a copy of the dvd that I'm looking to give to a good home / true Forest fan.

One catch though.... I'm asking for a donation to the hospice where Dad spent his last few weeks being so wonderfully cared for. The hospice is Cransley in Kettering so you can check it's real.
I'm not selling it, it's a donation for a charity! Don't want much (as it was an old video so the quality is not very high but still watchable). Trying to raise a little by way of thank you to them.

Mods, if you don't think this is appropriate please remove. But if allowed to stand, let me know how much you can donate and I'll get it to you after the funeral next week.

My condolences and I hope you raise a lot of money for the hospice who cared for your father.

Am I correct in thinking LTLF have a youtube channel? What we could do as a forum is each member could donate money to the hospice and LTLF could rip the dvd onto Youtube for us all to watch, and generate more money for the hospice.

There is an LTLF youtube channel, but I suppose there are pretty major copyright issues with uploading the content!

Clearly you're dad was a good'un if he was in the market for some Forest footage on DVD My sincerest condolences to you.

With regards to the DVD I know there's always been plenty of interest on these forums with regards to dvd footage, especially rare stuff it's hard to find elsewhere. Whether making a few more copies will be going a bit far in terms of copyright I wouldn't like to say, but it's worth bearing in mind with it being for a good cause.

I'd bid, but a mate of mine has the video on VHS and I bomb round there occasionally to watch it Have you thought about ebaying it? Should fetch a few quid on there. Best of luck.

The video is the 77-78 season (And it shows us beating the sheep with a great run by Woodcock), the Clough-Taylor team at it's best, Burns as hard a nails, Bowyer laughing at Man City losing, a fantastic goal from Archie, oh the boring memories ;D

I'm off for the rest of the week to sort the family things but will get the dvd back and then send it out.

Reply to you then guys but lets hope for another 3 point today! BUT even if we don't win we can't be anyworse than 10th tonight and we'll still be above the sheep hahahahaha
