Indicated; I'm sure he'll have a GPS giving the actual speed. He's doing 75mph too.
It’s indicating 75mph which means it’s actually 68/69 mphHe's doing 75mph too.
That's even worse.It’s indicating 75mph which means it’s actually 68/69 mph
I would usually be liking this comment but as I got a speeding ticket on the way back from Wembley ( 46mph in a 40) I say tut tutThat's even worse.
In an Aston Martin ..... please. Open her up a bit.
Not necessarily. Though speedos do tend to read more than the actual speed, it is allowed for them to be accurate, as I understand they can't show that you're doing less than you're doing, but can show more. It’s indicating 75mph which means it’s actually 68/69 mph
Historically he doesn't sign contract extensions and leaves on a free. Gets to choose where he goes and gets a bigger signing bonus because of it.Wish he was this quick at signing a new contract!
Going out on a limb here, maybe his heads been turned as well by the Man City, Kyle Walker replacement links.
Another decision to be made here, if he falls to sign an extension, do we sell or let him run it down and go for a free next year.
Wrong - tolerances vary by police force. So I was told at my speed awareness course last year! Apparently Cumbria and north wales are not that generous!I was always told there is a 10% tolerance for speeding convictions, i.e. police will only convict at >77 mph. in a 70 mph limit
It's discretionary. So you could in theory be done for doing 71 in a 70Wrong - tolerances vary by police force. So I was told at my speed awareness course last year! Apparently Cumbria and north wales are not that generous!
He did that once and only after we'd already tried to sign him from Torino.Historically he doesn't sign contract extensions and leaves on a free. Gets to choose where he goes and gets a bigger signing bonus because of it.
It's down to the individual police forces capt.I was always told there is a 10% tolerance for speeding convictions, i.e. police will only convict at >77 mph. in a 70 mph limit
I wouldn't say that's historical. He's been released once & Torino didn't offer him a new deal.Historically he doesn't sign contract extensions and leaves on a free. Gets to choose where he goes and gets a bigger signing bonus because of it.
They had offered him one much earlier in the season but he didn't sign it. They then refused to sell him to us in January so screwed themselves over somewhat.I wouldn't say that's historical. He's been released once & Torino didn't offer him a new deal.
Yep, hadn't realised how many of his moves were loans and thought he was just doing 1 year contracts. He did that once and only after we'd already tried to sign him from Torino.
I empathise VP. Identical to me. I got done at nearly midnight on a Sunday with not a soul in sight. Dual carriageway with no pedestrians etc. No room for common sense unless you believe this is just a way of plugging the deficit in council budgetsSuffolk give 10% tolerance on the speed limit, but as has been said, it's discretionary. Like someone else above, with the 10% in mind, I was done at 46mph in a 40 zone, so I was 2mph above and it was a fine sunny day on a dual carriageway with hardly another car in sight, talk about pissed off.
