It's called rotation, and Earnshaw has hardly taken his chances lately has he?
Though surely it would have been better to rest Tudgay & Earnie on Saturday, when we play in the FA Cup. I don't think anyone really cares whether we progress or not, though I would mind us getting through to the 4th or 5th round if we can get drawn away to a London Premiership Club.

i dont care how billy does it as long as we keep winning. i'd sooner rest Tudgay and have him playing in the future rather than getting knocks and injuries. we should have enough attacking force in the team he's picked to see off ipswich.

I still think Mcgoldrick will come good for us. Earnie and tudgay cant do it all on their own. Rotation doesn't always make the most sense in the world but its necessary. Only Billy knows how knackered people are... Trust him I guess. As anatoli said we did win at least!!!
I don't want us to win ugly when we can win pretty. The fact is, without that fortuitous og, we would have got (at best) one point and where would that have left us. I went away from the game pleased (with the win) but disappointed (at the performance). This isn't moaning. When the time is right, I'll show you f***ing moaning Anatoli!
BTW, my slight lack of enthusiasm over the performance doesn't mean I don't think the same as dean Winfield about McGoldrick. I also think McCleary could come good and think Dele is a hero. I watched some pathetic away performances last season largely (IMHO) brought about by bizarre team selection and just don't want it to happen again. This may not be a problem after the January purchases as Billy will be able to put out any no. of good teams!
