Right, I'm bored so I have been looking at the official league stats over the last 6 league games !
So, here's the form guide for the top 3, us Newcastle and WBA !

7th - Newcastle

Interesting reading compared to earlier in the season. One can't help to wonder if the wheels are beginning to seize. With both clubs failing to keep a clean sheet (statistically speaking) in any of the games, our defence at least seems to be our one area of expertise.
Newcastle seem to have lost Taylor for the season. And their 4-2 defeat to WBA may possibly be a sign of things to come. With no real replacements at the back apart from a few young prospects, the toon were priding themselves on the partnership between Collocini and Taylor. I always felt the loss of one of their 1st 11 could cripple their run. Up front it seems the toon faithful have lost faith in Ameobi who now resorts to falling over whenever the ball comes to him.
WBA are a strange animal. lack of consistency has cost them dear in recent months, yet the win over Newcastle could revitalise their season and push them on and across the finish line.
Maybe no real point in my post, but just again to emphasize the fantastic chance we now have.
Have a flick through the Stats. They also show Raddy as our biggest influence. The most assists and shots on target !
