spare client ref number needed asap

right im trying to acces the forest website which has my client ref number so I can phone ticketmaster and I cant get on as theres a que on the site anyone got a sapre ref I can use?

I could be wrong but I think it said somewhere on the Forest web site that if you give you're details (presumably this means name and address) to the ticketmaster operator they'll be able to get your client ref off their system
