so whats our best starting line up now?

Tom W

Grenville Morris
camp
gunter morgan wilson bertrand
moussi cohen
tudgay ramsey mcgugan
earnshaw

leaves with a load of options :) what would be your staring 11?

He's not fit enough to be running up and down. Stick him in the middle and just get him passing the ball around.

Big Dele would have to be in there. There's no way that you could stare at him without being frightened by his ginormous love muscle. The other 10 wouldn't matter.

where mckenna?

For me I'd say the strongest formation would be;

---------------------- Camp ----------------------

Gunter ------ Morgan ------ Wilson ------- Bertrand

-------------------- McKenna --------------------

------------- Ramsey ------- Cohen --------------

----- Tudgay --------------------- McGugan ------

------------------- Earnshaw ----------------------

..... but seeing as Ramsey isnt fully fit I doubt he will be starting any/many of the games in the next week or two. I think Billy may stick the players on the bench and initially use them as motivation for the current players to up their game even more

For the Leicester game I'd imagine we'd line up as;

---------------------- Camp ----------------------

Gunter ------ Morgan ------ Chambers ------- Bertrand

McGugan --- McKenna ------- Moussi ---------Cohen

---------- Earnshaw ---------- Adebola ----------

..... With Tudgay coming off the bench later for Dele

im crap at getting it to look right but bassicly 4 at the back moussi and Mckenna in a deffensive midfeild possition then cohen,mcgugan,anderson given a freedom to atack like they did against ipswich then earnshaw upfront. tudgay on fro earnshaw ramsey on for any of the atacking midfielders.

Thats it for me mate!

I'd just pat Ramsey on the head and tell him he can do what he wants. Tell him to stay roughly between midfield and a lone striker.

Agree with Flagman, that line up does it for me.

Though IMO Chambers will unfortunately be ahead of Wilson due to him being off in January (my opinion, nothing else). I can't see the rest happening for the first few games but when it does watch out!

Completely agree, except I think Chambers has performed much better than Morgan this season. Seems unfair that Morgan is guaranteed a starting place really.

.. reiteration.

Moussi has been playing alot better than McKenna of late. I would keep Moussi ahead.

I agree.

I'd also be slightly nervous about playing Tudgay and McGugan as 'wingers' in a 4-5-1 - they'll both drift inside and play very narrow which would require Gunter and Bertrand to bomb on constantly. Gunter can do it, can Bertie?

My preferred team would be;

---------------Camp----------------
--Gunts----Wes----Kelv---Bertie--
---------------Moose---------------
- ---Majewski-Ramsey-Cohen----
--------------McGugan--------------
--------------Earnshaw-------------

With Cohen and Majewski drifting wide if need be, Ramsey being allowed to do whatever and McGugan playing just off Earnshaw. Gunts and Bertie heavily involved in the attack. Tudgay wouldn't get in our starting 11 for me, not good enough.

.. now you mention it - I would prefer Moose and Majewski in the starting eleven.

Camp
Gunter / Morgan / Wilson / Bertrand
Mousi
Majewski / Ramsey / Cohen
McGugan / Earnshaw

... with Tudgay as sub.

I may change my mind in the next ten minutes though ;)

I like this a lot! Raddy, Ramsay and McGugan... epic midfield!

.

I reckon. They're both attacking full backs. Modern wingers are supposed to drift inside to allow the full backs to push on. Infact, I'd say they are the best two attacking full backs in the division.
