I'm sure the stewards wouldnt mind. It's only a bit of fun. And snow, it's not exactly gonna hurt is it, it's not as if its a coin or bottle.

Section 6 - The following articles must not be brought within the Ground - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessells, cans, poles, and any other article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any persons in posession of such items will be refused entry to the Ground.

If its being thrown, anything that is solid can be described as a weapon
If people want to throw things then its up to them, but dont come back whining on here that the nasty stewards got you kicked out and that you are now facing the possibility of punishment through inciting football violence :

Kids in nursuries and on school playgrounds up and down the country throw snowballs at each other, they don't ****in get expelled or ****in arrested.
Now if you was to get thrown out of the ground for throwing a snowball, then I honestly don't know what this country is coming to. Your allowed to do things at school what you would get chucked out of th CG for. I'm gonna start putting my hand up to ask the steward if I can go to the toilet soon.
To much shocking do gooders in this world today, it's a joke.
