My reply:

Ollie, were you really at the game? If you were you would of noticed that Nathan did not 'uproot' the corner flag as you put it. Instead it was one of the ground staff that had collected it at the end of the game like usual. Tyson then saw the groundsman walking towards the main stand tunnel at which point he then took the flag out of the groundsman's hand and proceeded to celebrate in front of the A block fans in the main stand.

Why do I make a such point of such a small difference in events? Well, the national media seem to have blown this all out of proportion. Nathan genuinely wanted to celebrate the win and whilst heading over to the Forest fans in the Upper Bridgeford stand (above the Derby fans), he would of found himself in an awkward situation.

I don't believe Nathan meant to goad the Derby fans, but the reaction of Derby players whilst he was in that area of the ground would of delighted him. In his mind its sweet revenge for Savage's antics over the past 2 seasons and Derby are as much to blame as Tyson.

What is interesting is that before both clubs were charged Derby staff, players and fans were all calling for Forest's and Tyson's head. Now both clubs have been charged it appears Derby admit some liability.

I believe it is Derby were undignified in defeat and thats without even commenting on Robbie Savage's post match comments.

Firstly, the FA never even investigated Savage's celebrations, because he was in front of his own supporters in the Bridgford End. Home fans sometimes have to watch the away team and fans celebrate together - that's life.

Surely this would work both ways for both home and away fans. Moreso for away fans considering they are at the other teams ground therefore rendering this comment total bollocks

I've sent a reply. I'll check later to see if it's published. I'm amazed at how 'clever' both Derby the club and it's fans think they are being trying to use the media in this way. More surprising that video evidence can't back up their story.

Really is annoying as for starters the Bridgford stand is a 2 tier affair, with Forest fans occupying the upper tier so this nonsense about only in front of the Derby fans is misleading. So for Big Nose to claim his antics were different even if he did keep it to that end (which we know he didn't) is ridicules. The stand holds both Forest and Derby fans, the truth is out there :p

There is a solution to stop this ever happening again. Reduce Direby's ticket allocation to 0 next season (assuming they avoid relegation)

Who would Tyson be able to celebrate in front of then though?

I was going to say the exact same thing.
