Considering Derby at home is on the Leeds Festival weekend, i hope we do.

I'm not sure about this. I think we should play teams that are in the same division as we are, except for Spurs, obviously. Sky will want to show the Leeds game for certain. Whatever the score might be. I hope we don't play Liverpool.

I can see how Forest - Newcastle can be an attractive fixture. Ex-Prem team against a one time double European Cup winner and a staple of the top flight.

Both teams also have a decent fan base.
Newcastle get about two million per home game and last time I went to the City ground, there were four of us.

You haven't "shit on his point" at all, Blackpool and others are subject to interference from the police, which he mentions in his post. Read it properly.
 
I'm kinda hoping the Direby game isn't live. Then we can just get on with the game and kick their asses

Newcastle probably is, Boro however I don't think I'd class as a big game to us.
 
I think we'll be on TV against Derby, West Brom and Sheffield Wednesday this season. No idea why, and no idea which particular game against them.

There'll be more, but I think it'll be those three!

Last year we had Derby, Norwich and Reading in the league and Derby in the cup (I think).

Does anyone know when live TV games for August are likely to be announced?
This information would make planning my future so much easier.

Couldn't care less if its on Sky, as long as it's early kick off!

Can't go if it stays in it's current 3pm saturday slot :(

Hope we are on tv at quite a few away games tbh, i will / should be at the games but for the clubs funs to rise and to contribute towards the reply screen :D.

I think that the KO times will get changed for a huge amount of our fixtures this season due to clashes etc. :unsure:

It would seem to have started already with the game v Bradford being shunted to Wednesday to accomodate Notts at home to Doncaster on the Tuesday!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Well that was always likely to happen with the Magpies also being drawn at home, one of us would have to move our tie.

I don't even think Boro is a big game for us... for me, Derby, Leicester, Sheff Utd and Sheff Weds are all bigger games than Boro.

I would think BBC will only announce 1 or 2, as thyeve only got 10 all season.

Be suprised if there first live game isnt Newcastle.

I would have thought BBC will show 1 game per month throughout the season.

So it's just Sky who may show the Direby match then?
