Help!
Does anyone remember when the deadline for renewal was last season; and when they announced prices? Just trying to budget again for getting mine :p

I'd expect some kind of announcement to be made in about a month or more, deadline to be in around three months.

We'll probably be the last club not in administration to make any kind of announcement or make season tickets available for purchase.

Because we are run by cynical buggers.

I too am getting my first ST! I'm thinking about sitting V1 or V2? somewhere around (yet to be named, new sponsor's) corner. I like a bit of an atmosphere around where I'm sitting!

Who would be up for organising to get ST's in roughly the same area? I'll be getting mine on my own (my dad and his spouse are staying in Clough Upper, Block J) so would be nice to maybe have a few (newly) friendly faces around for games?!

I'll be back amongst the season ticket ranks, after a one season unemployment induced absence.

I think I'll go Upper Trent, as central and as near the front as possible.

A real good angle to give Paul Smith an earful whenever a ball comes within 100 yards of his goal.

There's 3 of us, we've had season tickets for a few years now in the same place, but I want to get a 4th in there. What am I looking at to do this? Do all 3 of us have to wait for general sale and then scramble for 4 new seats?

I got mine for about £198 last season, student prices..

Problem for me is I graduate this summer, and won't be eligible for the reduced fee. Damn.

depending on what uni you're at, can't you just "lose" your card sometime soon, because "a friend of mine" did the same, and had a card with 4 more years validity :)

Do I think they're going to hike the price of season tickets?

Ha!

I think the Pope may be of a Catholic persuasion.
I think bears shit in the woods.

On topic, IIRC, Ozzy, they waited about 3 weeks after the end of the season (..."as they didn't know what division they were going to be in...") and renewal deadline was about 20th July, with a few days for renewers moving seats following that, then general sale about 25th July. Don't quote me gospel on that, but that's my recollection.

If when you go to renew the 3 tickets you currently have (During the period when existing ST holders are announced for renewal) and you know that there is a seat not occupied by a ST holder next to where you sit, just ask them if you can purchase that seat when renewing, otherwise you are not prepared to renew as you don't want to move to another part of the ground. I did this last year and had no problems.

I had a season ticket the last time we went down and the season after (under the glorious Gary Megson, Gary Holt and John Curtis in central midfield!) which kinda put me off for a bit.

I recommend Upper Trent End for people who are getting their first ST next season. The seat I'm sitting in now in the Upper Trent is the best I've ever sat in. The atmosphere's pretty good and you get a nice clear view of the pitch!
