Season Cards 2025/2026

For someone who’s considering a possible relocation from the Peter Taylor Stand, could anyone advise what it’s like in P Block & Upper Bridgford (U & V) nowadays atmosphere and facilities wise etc?
P block you get a shitty long queue and the concourse is cramped. Also only part of it is actually safe standing (if standing up is what you want). They do sing though and many will stand up despite not being in safe standing, particularly at the very top of the stand.

U1 (where I sit) and U2 are good, noise is good, for U1 you are looking directly at the Away fans, for banter. Safe standing. Concourse has more room, plenty of bars so you can get served but you will end up with a pint of froth a lot of the time (I tend not to drink in the ground for that reason). Also you can go through the V1/V2 turnstiles on Colwick road and walk along the concourse instead of going the longway round to the U1/U2 turnstiles.

The V's I can't speak too as not sat there for years but back then it was the quieter sibling to U1/U2. So depends what you're after.

Obviously my bias is U1.

Atmosphere is best in U, and mostly/all safe standing so most people in there stand. In V the atmosphere is slightly less good, but still good and you can sit down (in fact you have to) and the view is better IMO.

Facilities are similar to the TE/BC, based on a couple of cup matches where I’ve moved seats.

Piss take that everyone has 1 pay day to fork out renewing their SC! Last year renewals were in May. And then have the cheek to say you can Finance it, which then costs even more. How about announcing prices and give at least 2 months notice?
That's the part that annoys me most, and it's been this way the last couple of renewals. We all expect an increase, that's just facts of life being in the Premier League, but there is no reason why the club couldn't give until 17th May instead, it's still before the end of the season and will allow most people 2 paydays.

Yes I accept that renewals are something we all know are going to happen and that we could save up over the year to be ready for it, but that isn't necessarily an option for some peoples finances, especially in the current climate . Just think it's really poor stance from the club when there is no need for it.

Just been having a look on "A View From My Seat" and U1 looks good and would be my probable preferred option if i did move.

Can you definitely enter and exit via Colwick Road 100% of the time though as the long way round is ballache from experience?

Well I've done it every game I've been sitting there same with my mate in U2 (who's done it even longer).

Though now I wish I didn't mention it here in case the club read it and crack down 🤣.

I should say on exiting the ground it is easier to go the long way back rather than queueing along the concourse to get out the v1 end

The increased costs are probably as expected - in my case up from £960 to £1,080 for a senior and an adult - an increase of 12.5%.

NFFC has announced the largest increase of the 7 PL clubs to declare prices for next season. Three have declared no increase and three more a modest single figure increase. I understand the arguments about our low base cost of season tickets, and that we are on catch up.

I’m fortunate that I can afford the cost and I will be renewing for the thirty fifth consecutive season.

However, I feel for those who on low incomes who will find it a struggle. Nottinghamshire is a low wage economy. Those without season tickets are already paying much higher matchday prices - assuming they can access them.

I note that the Club liaised with members of the FAB and also with NFST. I completed the NFST survey (and also last week for NFDSA). Despite being a Trust member I have not seen the outcome of the survey. The only comment is from the Club that the great majority feel that the season tickets represent good or excellent value for money.

Perhaps FAB members - or the supporter groups they represent, or the two individually elected members - could clarify their position. Were they consulted on a double digit percentage increase? If so, did they support it?

It has been suggested that the increase in season tickets prices will raise £1m next season (although VAT will take a sixth of this). Our income for this season should exceed £200m with the additional merit income for our higher league place.

There is no doubt that under our owner we are a very different club with great ambition to progress further. This season, whatever happens in the next ten league games, has been magnificent.

However, I urge our supporter representatives to ensure that our Club does not follow in the steps of other PL clubs by pricing out loyal fans in pursuit of corporate returns. The atmosphere at WFCG is special, whereas at many PL grounds it has changed remarkably. I attend all away games and have witnessed the change at places like Liverpool and West Ham and many more.

NFFC has sizeable numbers of long-term loyal supporters who are financially challenged but deserve the opportunity to attend games. The club and its supporter organisations should recognise this.

I still have a feeling that something big will be announced like a bigger Peter Taylor Stand or a delay on any development if we get European football.

i renewed to a digital card rather than physical - admittedly i didn't read it properly as i thought it was digital or nothing!
appears you can get a physical card by paying another £5

with the digital card, anyone know if the card can be shared with someone? i miss the odd mid-week game with work, and my daughter goes instead

The digital one will be downloaded to your phone, so i suppose give them your phone?

I went the Physical card purely because i have witnessed issues with the digital ones all season, it wouldn't be Forest without it being a massive disaster.

I’m going physical as well,Barry-but digital becomes mandatory the season after next.
There could be quite a few teething problems (given the melee at the Brian Clough turnstiles this season).

Physical. I keep all our cards which makes it easier to find someone to come if one of the kids living away can't get over.
No doubt we'll have to go online and transfer them over the following season.
Hopefully all this will straight forward and running smoothly by then.

I've been speaking to a Leicester fan at work about this as he already has a digital card, (they are charging £25 for a physical card).

It looks like everything is directly linked to your phone, so you would actually need to give your phone to the other person to be able to get in. He said his son has tried finding ways around it, printing off the code ect, but not managed it. Clubs are obviously trying to make it that if you can't go you will need to sell your seat back to the club, so they can then sell it for double the price.

Not sure if this is just something Leicester are doing or whether it will apply to all clubs with the digital ticket system, but he did say that max 5 times a season they can give their seat to someone else as long as they are a club member. So in your scenario, as long as your daughter had Forest membership you could pass your seat directly to them and the code for the match will be sent to her instead.

Trent end of the ground, upper BC is like a massive bun fight from about 30 mins before the game. The amount of idiots that want to walk through the queue to get somewhere else as well is a joke, as well as the usual idiots who push in.

Brighton game there was someone kicking off because they just walked right to the front to get in and he was sent back.

I dont know how their minds work, its probably the same people who stand with their makes causing a crush at away games.

Going Forest is supposed to be fun but you could just spend all day falling out with knob heads

Not a chance, you will only be able to transfer it to some one with a membership, the digital tickets mean they have you right by the bollocks

I've gone for a physical. £5 more and you don't have to worry about a digital cock up, your phone battery dying and like others have said, you can always give it to someone. No brainer really.

I'd like to know more info about the possible move for Peter Taylor Stand season card holders during the season or at the end of the season personally as it may make me think about possibly moving seats before the mad rush.

I suppose the only answer is putting the digital card on an old phone.

Unless it's an app, aren't the tickets sent over email?

We will all have to have 'burner' phones for our tickets :ROFLMAO:

If you want to read about how it will work it's on the Premier League website. The ticket for an upcoming match is sent to the app on the phone, and then you click on the match 'ticket' and show this to the scanner. On the version Leicester use (and I assume all teams will be using the same) you can't see anything on the screen, no QR code is visible.
