Sammy Clingan to be unveiled by PNE Boss Alan Irvine, on Monday, In a swap deal with Simon Whaley and £650000 going to Norwich.

I heard similar but that it was a £650k deal with Whaley making up however much of the deal so it's more like Whaley + £300k for Clingan. I'd be suprised if they were to pay £650k + Whaley for a player at a League One club who has made it clear he wants to leave.
