Robert Earnshaw Contract

Tnewton_1988

Jack Armstrong
The guy signed a 3 year deal back in 2008 and we have seen the likes of lets say the fringe players like Tyson and Chambers getting new contracts recently. So with promoting a panic here just hope that something is sorted soon as Earnie can talk to club in January if a new deal isn't sorted. His goal in the last 2 seasons have been the catalyst to determine where we finish in the league and we have not had a 15-20 goal a season man consistantly since ermm going back some years now..... So just hope something is sorted pretty soon.

time for Joe Garner to up his game and take Earnshaws place

If Earnshaw goes for nothing its suicidal people have their gripes about Earnie but 9/10 he stick a one on one away and i do believe he is the best striker in this League inside the 18 yard box.

More like give Martha a 10 year citizenship in North Korea as Kim Jong Ill lapdog.

I thought it was the end of May not January, or has it changed?

We have probably offered him three contracts so far..

1 year rolling at £150 per week,
3 years on £45 per week,
Which was later upped to 3 years at £48.50p

Earnie thinks these are all derisory, but MA is confident that we have offered the right amount for the player and is confident that he wants to stay and will sign.

Since Earnie is our top earner I doubt he'll get a much better deal than he's already on, so it wouldn't shock me if he was waiting around for other offers.

Not just Earnie. All the following are out of contract next summer.............

Dele Adebola
Julian Bennett
Lewis McGugan
Brendan Moloney
Guy Moussi
Matt Thornhill
Nathan Tyson
Kelvin Wilson

I'm sure Moussi, Wilson and Earnshaw will all be offered new contracts. Possibly Moloney, too.

I think we can only afford to let one of those players leave for a free at the end of the season and you all know who that is!
