He came through as a right back but Pep has literally just played him everywhere. What is his actual preferred position? Feels like I've seen him play all over the place and while more than held his own at the top level, never seemed to stand out. Not easy I guess with the company at Man City. 30mil Euros would be a decent deal.
What does he think of McAtee?Man City mate reckons he's shite and happy for him to leave.
I mean, the lad is 20. Of course he's not going to be up to Man City standards yet.Man City mate reckons he's shite and happy for him to leave.
Really rates him and thinks he'll be a top player. What does he think of McAtee?
If Pep trusts him to play in multiple positions then that’s good enough for me.Is he the new James Perch, can play everywhere and nowhere?
I assume he will be sold the right back position as one for him. As Aina will be going to AFCON he's almost guaranteed starting game time to make the position his, if he can.Scored a great goal right in front of us at Wembley, the little shit.
He'd be a pretty much perfect squad depth addition, given he's a PL-quality full back and midfielder. You'd imagine we'd have to sell him a different line though, along the lines of "we see you as a starting [x]", whether that be CM, RB etc.
£30m would be a snip really given his age, experience and versatility.
Oh shit yeah, I'd prefer O'Reilly, but fat chance of that! You see I read the link, was all in yes, read some of the comments and didn't recognise the player described... Small? Weak??
I now realise I'm confusing him with Nico O'Reilly!
