Come on, the season is only 5 games old.

Give it abit more time before we start on all the doom and gloom.

We are but 5 games into the 46 game season.

It's still far too early to see where we're going to finish come May. Things will begin to shape up a little more by Christmas but we all know how things can change.

Considering our league position, I don't believe we've had a catastrophic start and I'm sure we can start to churn out some results and build our points.

At no point have I believed that we're going to push for promotion which means that we're going to have our fair share of disappointing results and performances. Our objective must be to consolidate, strengthen and build upon our weaknesses in preparation for our future.

I do not believe that we'll be facing relegation.

we still have a lot of injuries meaning we have yet to put out our strongest team. and as jak said,, look where we were this time last year,, didnt we go 4 games without a win at the start of the season?. im not too conerned at the moment, we were clearly the better team yesterday and im sure we will improve upfront.

here's hoping for a win at preston. 8)

It's too early but be panicking but Calderwood must address our full back problems and put them right otherwise we will be facing a long hard winter. On the positive side, there are already 2 slots filled as Southampton and Plymouth are piss poor!

Nah not for us, we were better than Burnley yesterday, and we'd have won but for a couple of dodgy decisions, and a bit of dodgy finishing :).

Also Plymouth won't go down, they have a good side but some injury problems!

Plymouth fans have been saying they have been absolutely dreadful so far this season and look destined for the drop.Even Norwich boss Glenn Roeder called them a disgrace yesterday!

Yeah they've been poor but they have arguably their three best players out injured I believe...

People on this forum wear red tinted glasses. We are no where near as good as what we are hyped up to be on this forum.
Whilst I believe there are 3 teams worse than us in the league and we won't go down, finishing anywhere above 17th would suprise me.

I think people had misguided optimism due to what Bristol City,Stoke and Hull achieved last season which isn't neccessarily a bad thing to be fair.

Right now we're only 3 points off the play off places. Although with an inferior goal difference, so I suppose it's 4 really.

we cant even beat burnley at home who are the crappest team in the league.

I went to the game and yes the referee was crap etc, but sorry no excuses.

Yesterday was bitterly disappointing.  I drive for four hours to watch Forest, then we keel over against a side that are one of the favourites for relegation.  I fully expected us to kick ass after Wolves, but we did not.  We looked lightweight.  We have to win at home.

We did lose to two set pieces and the refereeing was poor.  It was the first time I have seen Moussi play and he gave the ball away far too often.  His passing was awful.

They had done their homework on us.  They knew our strikers were easy to bundle off the ball and that's what they did.

The positive side was that we attempted to play passing football.  The negative was that we are not good enough to do it.
