Red netting at the Bridgford End

Went to the game last night and noticed that they have put red netting up between Bridgford lower and upper tier which was mentioned on here a few months back. That means all our fans up in Bridgford upper and Victor Chandler corner can't give the away fans any banter as we won't be able to see them with this netting.

There's this thing I've noticed about netting before.

You can see through it.

lol lol lol

I doubt it'll stop the banter. You could see through it fine at Sheff Utd and it'll be easier to peer through from above than below.

Apparently 20p's will still slip through the netting, so i can only assume it has been installed as a safety netting to break the fall of Forest fans when the stewards get heavy handed!!

If you sit on the first few rows the angle means you're looking kind of across it, rather than down through it.

If you hadn't been throwing so much stuff at them, they wouldn't have had to put it up.

Great, the only reason I got my ticket in the vcc was to jettison the contents of my 1p jar onto unsuspecting away fans over the coming season, thanks for nothing Forest.

the net has been installed by Mark Arthur and all coins will be collected at the end of each match with proceeds going towards Januarys transfer kitty.

I thought the netting had been installed to act as a sieve, thus distributing our p**s over a wider area of insurgents.

If I'm right, it's a wonderful initiative by the club, returning some traditional values to being a football supporter.
