Radhi Jaidi....

what I'm saying is he's a good, experienced defender, part of a promotion winning team from this division, part of the meanest defence in the division, he's still only 33, and wouldnt cost a transfer fee. Ok, i'm not sure about his wages. May be good for another season or 2. I bet there will be other top championship clubs looking to snap him up.

I bet there won't. All the attributes you've describe make me think of Breckin so why would we release him then go for someone exactly the same who would be most likely on higher wages.

yes but Jaidi has just proved can still play a full season at championship level, by playing almost week in week out, and for a successful team in this division, so he knows what it takes. Not much got past Jaidi and Ridgewell this season. I'm not EXPECTING us to go for him, but i reckon he could still do a good job for the top sides in this sort of league. Just my opinion.

Back in November at the CG Jaidi got booked and i think Tyson ran rings around him.

Yep, he was awful that day.

I don't see the obsession that with signing all these players just because they're 'free'.
