1.5m Euros.

NOTTINGHAM, England. Nov 15 — Recent reports from England point to the fact that Nottingham Forest FC is on the verge of buying out Radoslaw Majewski's contract from Polonia Warszawa. The English side is willing to purchase the former Blackshirt player for a reported 1.5 million euros (about 6 million zł).
For now, the Polish international is on loan with the English team - where it cost the Nottingham club officials 150 thousand euros to make the loan possible.

Money, however, is no issue for the club. Majewski has quickly become a fan favorite at City Ground and an important part of the Coca-Cola Championship side's roster.

"Negotiations with Nottingham is currently on going and being done through my manager. He will inform me if anything is considered to be a done deal." says Majewski.

"If there is such a chance for me to stay in England, I would gladly take it. I feel like a new player here,"

"Fortunately, there is a good chance for that to happen (...)"

Majewski left Warsaw after a poor 2008-2009 season. He has since landed in England on loan and completely revived his troubled career.

His series of good performances in the Islands did not go unnoticed. Poland boss Franciszek Smuda recently called the player up for two November FIFA friendly matches against Romania and Canada.

The Pole did not feature against Romania in Warsaw on Saturday, but is expected to make an appearance in the match with Canada due to midfield star Jakub Blaszczykowski out with injury.

He feels just like a new signing. :)

It would be a smart move by the club to tie this up early on. It stops other clubs getting in on the act and also means that he can get settled in the area, rather than waiting to see if he'll be back in Poland.

I like how it says that he is happy to stay and not thinking he is a bigtime Charlie by wanting to play in the Premiership in January.

This is a very good move by the club. Good price as well.

Do we know which scout saw him and recommended him?

Dennis Wise, saw him on youtube!

It is a very good price for a player who is showing a lot of potential, and also a young age.
