Quick Question....

Hello, Leicester fan here in peace.

First of all congratulations on being in the play-offs along with us.

Just a quick question really, have Forest allocated apart of the Westbridgeford lower to Forest fans? or will it be all away fans? I've read on the Leicester website that we only expect to get 2,000 tickets regardless of who we get (cardiff or yourselfs)

nothing's been announced as yet the club usually wait to see how quickly the home allocation sell before deciding if their going to give the other half of the stand to home or away fans.

I'd expect them to make an announcement Tues or Wed next week

basically we dont know, we can guess..

thats usually our initial allocation, then its a decision on if we are selling ours well we will keep the other allocation or if the away club are selling well they get them. Think I remember Sheffield United having the whole end the last time.

however after Billys comments about away fans being in this stand i have a feeling billy has told the money men to release no more than this to the away club.

I think the club have been put under an enormous of pressure by the Forest fans, over the allocation of tickets for visiting fans and what Forest receive when visiting.

The idea that clubs for big games when Forest are an obvious attraction, that will sell out to their fans.....then punish Forest fans by denying travelling fans a fair quota of tickets.

So the plan is for Forest's home leg of the play-off's is to ensure Forest fans get the tickets and only a small section to be made available to the visitors......depending on the numbers that were made available to Forest. Both Cardiff and Fester were mean and this will be taken into consideration, but 2000 is on par with what I have been told.

Giving our opposition the lowest possible allocation would only be a good thing for Forest - more of our fans to get behind the team and silence their fans.

We've been treated very badly by some clubs during the season so its about time we started playing 'the game' aswell

.

That would be a good move especially if it happened when the team needed it most - when not playing well. Our fans usually only get behing forest when we're on top.

It wouldnt suprise me with Forest if you got the trent end main stand and clough stand and we get 5 seats in the car park whilst having to wear a blindfold, ear muffs and a seatbelt with the lower bridgeford converted into a mixed area for only west brom and newcastle fans

I hope this is the case. It winds me up that away fans get given so many tickets, but we get so few in return.

Yes but Sheff Utd gave us 5,500 in return, maximum I think we can get in the play-offs would be Leicester at 3000 so at the very least that is the maximum they should get. Genuinely can't see them getting the entire lower bridgford

Genuinely lol'd at that. Will they get a special 4 colour commemorative scarf in the mixed area? And a special half time competition consisting of hula hoops and watching paint dry that goes on for far longer than nessecary, humiliates all involved and never reaches a meaningful conclusion.
