Paulo Sousa did not sanction Dexter Blackstock's loan move to the City Ground
"I gave the players two days off after the game and when I came back I was told that Dexter had been loaned out," he said, after Rangers drew a blank against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

"I cannot complain about it, I just have to do my best with what I have left."

Sounds like he didn't want him to go but the board went over his head. We must have put together quite a nice package to tempt them into doing it.

Agreed. Except we don't do that sort of thing do we?

We offered them £2,000.00 to take him on loan. They read it as £200,000 and didn't realise until after the paperwork had been done.

Delete that in case Marthur sees it - it might start giving him ideas !

Championship side Queens Park Rangers have sacked manager Paulo Sousa with immediate effect.

Sousa had only been in charge at Loftus Road since November, taking over a month after Iain Dowie left the club.

But the former Portugal international's position in West London had come under scrutiny following the recent departure of Dexter Blackstock to Nottingham Forest.

Blackstock joined Forest on loan last month, but Sousa revealed after last week's clash with Crystal Palace that the deal for the striker had been done without his consent.

So now Ainsworth comes in and wants Blackstock back :/

Unless he can't have him back because Doughty made Flabio an offer he couldn't refuse.

There is no recall clause in his loan deal. The fact that the board dont want him at their club means they would over rule a temporary manager just like Sousa anyway, people think we have problems, their club is a joke.

A bit sad that Forest have inadvertently been partially responsible for a manager getting the sack after he calimed that our loan signing was made without his knowledge. QPR fans were certainly shocked at them letting Blackstock go out on loan (when they still had an outside chance of play-offs), and if the manager truly didn't know, then you can understand why he's a tad p**sed off with the whole affair.
I hope (for bouth Sousa, and of course Forest's sake) that Blackstock bags us a whole host of goals in the run-in

No wonder my post count..
The board of QPR are super fickle. You'll never get back into the top flight by sacking 4 managers within 2 years.

We have to put up with a scottish midget but you don't see us complaining!

Id laugh if Briotore offers us like £5 million to recall Blackstock back and break the rules totally. :D

To be fair I wouldn't take it if he offered us £10m. There's no price on survival this year and we'll probably end up losing more than that in the long run going down.
