Problems with buying West Brom tickets

I am on the Forest site trying to buy 3 tickets. Whenever I click the "available" seats it just says - please transfer these seats to the basket, you can then add further seats. Above this message it says - No More Seats!

I was wondering if it was sold out? This seems unlikely to me. Is anyone familiar with how this site works?

It's not sold out.

Currently they're only available to ST holders. Which means that if you're trying to buy 3 tickets, you need 3 ST client ref. numbers.

Go on the 'My Account' bit in the top right corner and down to 'Friends and Family' and add the other client ref. numbers to your account.

When you've done that just click on 3 of the green and white 'available' seats.

Yeh, we are all season ticket holders so its quite strange, and frustrating as I don't want to lose out.
