Every time we get one of these signings in, and let's be honest, some of them are actually sexy, I'm buzzing.

Could it be Blackstock and McSheffry next? I'm confident all of a sudden.

Just think back, I've had a season ticket since the Paul Heart days. Kinnear, serious about promotion, you're not famous any more, Megson, being dumped out of the cup by some seriously shit teams like Ackrington Stanley a few years back. I've had the royal piss ripped out of me at times for being a Forest fan, and I tell you what, I hope we turn on the style this year. Its going to be surprise to us as much as anybody else, but I can't wait to f***ing ram our success down people's throats if this spending pays off and we get it. We've waited a long time to do it, sat through a lot of shit, and we deserve it.

Just before Megson's departure I remember starting to be concerned that we would be kicking off the 2006/2007 season in League 2 :mellow:

I started supporting the Reds in 1965/1966 season. Except for a couple of Joe Baker, Terry Hennessey, Ian Moore seasons, we were dire. Badly run etc. I thought of those early days when I watched the Reds win the Euro Cup TWICE and standing on the old Kop wondering when we were going to lose again (if ever). Despite the Clough years, we are now in need of some hope. Without spending silly money, Billy is building a team for now. He doesn't want to spend years building a team for a Prem which may be so powerful by then, you'd hardly have time to say hello, before being dispatched back to lower divisions. We have seen some dross and now, perhaps, the club will start to reward us and draw in the crowds we deserve too.

definatley our home game much much the better team the game near end of season was a bit of nothing game for us and it showed.

My mate Dan is a Cov fan and went to the game at the Ricoh with me, and he is completely Sky Blue blinkered and went as far to admit that he was happy to get a draw.

We do deserve some success,We have seen us be within touching Distance of the Premiership in 2003 to watch us get relegated and Derby gaining promotion to the Prem.In all fairness it should be our turn to enjoy something.We have watch League 1 football.Going to all corner of the UK at some shite ground such as Yeovil and watching other teams create something special and us wondering what the future holds.This is the first time in a long long time that we have a side capable of achieving something,So lets get together and back them every step of the way and lets not hammer the side if we have a sticky period of going something like 3 games without a win.

Wolves had a sticky period last year and we are no different that our form will slip at some point in the season.I know that we have not got any define right of winning this League despite our spending. But for a the first time in years we have a side to be proud of,A manager who is a winner,A board that is willing to back him.So lets all support the lads and just enjoy this season because hopefully it be a very enjoyable season if things go for us.
