do you think he could be a useful addition to our team? he was poor in the first half but had a good second. certainly isn't worth the mega bucks that Swansea want though imo

you could see he badly wanted to get on the scoresheet today.

Their best player by a mile. Good on the ball, strong in the air, a leader. Can see why our £1.5m bid was knocked back.

From my seat in the Trent End looked a definate peno too

Very decent player, coming back from injury too. He's capable of better than he showed today.

Goes to ground very easily though, although agree it looked a definite penalty.

He certainly would offer another physical presence; I noticed he's almost as big as Moussi (and that's pretty big!)

He should have stayed on his feet rather than going down a bit too easily looking for a penalty, but that said he looks a useful player.

He did play very well today, probably the best player on the pitch, but the performance was tainted by a few dives. The ref told him to get up a couple of times even before the penalty one (when did yellow cards for diving stop?). Reckon he'd be do ok in the Premiership too, seems like he's got the brain, knows when to keep the ball and when to pass etc. Would gladly have him in our central midfield!

Probably reading too much into it but managed to catch a stream of the match and Pratley looked very bemused by the fans booing in a sort of 'If only they knew' type of reaction.
Was very impressive and looked potentially dangerous all match, hope he's recruited in the summer.

In our recent match against them he was there best player by some distance. He was the best player on the pitch by some distance!!! He'd be a great signing for any upper championship/lower premiership side. Were swansea a bit negative against you?? The swansea of the martinez era were a magnificent attacking, passing team. But under sousa, well the possesion football is still there and they played with a lot of width but only had Kuqi up front on his own and kinda just passed it side to side, waiting for a set piece. I was just a bit dissapointed by them. But I could see why they had'nt lost many this season.

they where good until the final 3rd and didnt really threaten until our defenders made silly errors gifting them the ball. I wouldn't say they where negative they played very simular to the way that won us alot of points away from home.

They played with 11 behind the ball second half. It was hard to break them down. If you are going to play like that you need very talented strikers who can make their own chances and put away the first half chance they see.

If they had that they would be much better than they are.

No, I don't think he could either - it was his previous diving that did for him from the ref's point of view.

When he had that little wrestle at the end with McCleary this bellend a few rows back shouted

'' Oi Pratley, ya black twat, gerroff 'im ''

Someone turned round and reminded him that Pratley and McCleary were in fact the same 'colour'

Then the most sureal discussion about the differences between the two players skin colour . . . .

We have some really strange fans . . .

I thought he looked good, alot more attacking than i thought he was though. We could do with him now Mc Kenna's injured

He was their only threat, carried the ball from midfield very well and managed to find space in dangerous areas on numerous occasions.

Not a McKenna replacement but he'd be a great buy.

Yes, I was slightly disappointed with Swansea. Under Martinez they'd come and stream forward from all angles, at times today they only attacked with two men.

After some of our fans booed him and chanted cheat at him dispite the fact it was an obvious penalty he might not be interested in coming here.

It wasn't that obvious..

It looked a dive from where i was sat.

And everyone around me agreed.

From my seat in the Trent End looked a definate peno too

From my seat it looked like a dive, but i have watched the replays and it was nailed on.
What baffled me was that if the ref thought it was a dive, he had to be booked as well...

Maybe the ref saw that Cohen was clear of him until Prately pulled his leg back for the shot and this caught on Cohen. neither a a dive nor a foul
