My earbuds move on 30 seconds when I double tap them. This feature is invaluable when Pete is on. He can make good points but he just takes so long to make them.
For me Mark Sutherns is the best contributor they have on by far.

Yeah Mark Southerns is brill. Knows his stuff, backed up by data-great listen. interesting before last season 24/25 always remember an episode where they were reviewing Goalkeepers and Mark highlighted how poor Sels stats were which suggested we need something better-then Sels ends up getting joint keeper award!!

New podcast from forest focus and I can't help but feel our two biggest forest specific media men are just giant oafs LOL Matt every episode somehow finds any possible angle to be self-deprecating and Tails never usually having a forest insider scoop for the Athletic. I enjoy the 2, nonetheless.

It really annoys me that someone covering the club cannot pronounce some of its player's names. Who the f*** are 'Tay-woh' and 'San-gair'? Daniel Storey does it too with 'Mureeyo' as he's clearly confused the double L in Murillo's name as how it would be pronounced in Spanish, not Portuguese.
It's mildly trivial but still winds me up. Unless everyone is wrong and he's right of course.

It's always been like this. Way back, Geoffrey Green, in the days when we were determinedly English, always pronounced Milan as "Meelan" (with emphasis) just to show how international he was.
James Richardson, when presenting Football Italia on Channel 4, always did likewise - it was always „Meelan“ (whereas in Italian of course, the city is „Milano“).
And of course - I would add here - the main team there are known as „AC Milan“, because they were founded by an Englishman.

Hear hear. No excuse for getting Murillo's name wrong after all this time.
Also, he's a journalist, i thought they listened to the players pronouncing their names thing they do each season -
'Meelan' is the way that the club is pronounced in Italian, it wasn't Green or Richardson being pretentious or trying to sound clever. Obviously the city is Milano but that isn't the name of the club and the long e is the sound that the i gives.

What does make it sound a bit pretentious is that Geoffrey would say Vienna or Budapest in the English way. I'm talking about the 50s when Wolves v Honved was a great talking point (it was on TV!) and was, essentially, the start of the European football tournaments we know today. So we were Euro virgins, having been stuffed twice by the Hungarians and just beginning to realise that there was more to football than the Home Internationals.

On Forest Focus really like the opposition previews as good to get a bit of insight into opposition, tactics, who is available, possible teams, strengths/weaknesses etc. Bournemouth one-good listen but all these key questions were missing
