Red Side of the Trent used to be great, now the lads on there are just settling scores and calling out Ryan Yates at every opportunity. As they have again on the latest episode (as if Yates was the worst offender v Bournemouth) Unsubscribed because it's gotten ridiculous. I can't be arsed to listen to that week in week out. It's a shame

There's one guy on that podcast that seems to blame the fanbase for absolutely everything, it got really tedious to listen to

It has got tedious I agree. I used to like it as they're local lads but now they're just using it as a platform for baiting. I'm done and will stick with Forest Focus.

I think in this instance it was more questioning why you'd bring on Yates when we're 2-0 down, which I think is a fair point.

I do agree with the comments about some of their contributors being obsessed with settling scores. Lee is the worst offender and you can include 'social media' on your bingo card just like you can include 'I played centre half' and 'Brian Clough' when you listen to Birtles.

Good Forest Focus podcast this morning with Henry Winter. He thinks we’ll be okay and gives some good insights into the unseen side of Sean Dyche.

Listened to Henry Winter a few time on Forest Focus and always comes across well and gives a good outside perspective.

Have to admit that I tried to watch the Henry Winter podcast, but the sheer length, the boring talking heads and repetition of much of the material proved too much and I resorted to flicking along the time bar at the bottom just clicking on the yellow dots to see if there was anything interesting or new to hear.

Sorry, I find them so tedious.

It took him almost 2 minutes to answer Matt asking him how he was on yesterdays podcast quiz. I know he was having a bit of fun but still, it feels like he cannot speak without it lasting several minutes.

Henry Winter is a great journalist and definitely has a soft spot for Forest.
I think I need to broaden my podcast horizons. I've only been listening to FF for the last 4-5 years. Anything better out there?
Pete Blackburn is marmite but his heart's in the right place. I think he could do with a bump or two of Super Hans's coke before he goes on air.
I've been getting increasingly annoyed with a number of the "regular" guests on the pod, and actually been enjoying the episodes featuring former Forest players rather more. I do not include Birtles in that camp. Good lord...
Have they binned off Fletcher? He seems to feature less and less. I found him overly dominant in his appearances.

Yes ages ago find him very patronising very much like his views on us fans are what needs to happen because obviously hes the gatekeeper of forest not just a guy on a podcast.
I like the podcast so like to listen as I drive alot but tend to skip the ones with him on trouble is it seems most at the moment

That's what I do, but searching through so many to decide if I want to listen is annoying. 2 a week would be fine (one post match, one pre-match, an extra one if there's a mid week game or something interesting happening.
Otherwise it just keeps repeating the same things.

He comes across as a nice guy. He is just boring, and it is a podcast to entertain after all.

I just think he is on too much, so Pete fatigue is kicking in

I can't remember which thread it was in (sorry!) but I remember there being some discussion on here if Forest were interested in Brian Clough as a player, I did some research, and turns out they were! I made a video about it & tried to make it as detailed as I could, but as you can expect it's hard to find dozens of sources on transfer news from the late 50's

ps thanks for your nice comments on the Dyche video i posted a few weeks ago, I've also made one about Forest's penalty record & Billy Davies if anyones bored before England play!!

Hah, I attended a few of those. I also remember Pete being a decent bloke.
