• All - you probably don't need to be told, but....
Despite the Admins' best efforts some spammers/scammers/scalpers are getting through the entry system and are, astonishingly, in possession of FA Cup tickets that they, astonishingly, don't want!

It's probably a scam, and either way it's a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, (as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006) to offer or expose tickets for sale.

Please DO NOT engage with these people - please REPORT any threads/posts offering tickets for sale in case we've not caught them.
    Thanks!

Milenkovic for me also.
This time last year we were often in games but needed a change of underwear every time a set piece came into our box. This has changed due to the influence of the big Serbian who refuses to be bullied.
The whole team has been great but a special word for Sels-what a difference a reliable goalkeeper for the whole season makes!

I know there have been so many players performing to a high standard this season, and nobody can do anything without the support of their team mates around them, but if there was one player that had such a drastic impact it would be Milenkovic. If you take him out the team I think we look nervous defending corners.

Can you change your vote? This is too close to call with a quarter of the season left.
Yes, you can. You should see a big „CHANGE VOTE“ button, which - if you click on it - allows you to change a pre-submitted vote for this poll.

Argh, it's so difficult this season 😄, might have to vote closer to the end of the season, how long is the poll open for?
As long as I say so. So, until at least the end of the season. 😂

Given the season that we're having, I think it would be foolish to pick anyone now with nearly a quarter of the season left !
See above two posts.

Where’s the option for the whole team?

Had to go with Milenkovic. Plenty of other top performers---Aina, Murillo, Wood, Sels. But the transformation of our defence has been, primarily, down to a big old school center half who does not mess around. In an era of ball playing center halves, his simple approach to defending has made him , arguably, the best transfer in the entire division this season. And his leadership skills cannot be underestimated.

I think, in many ways, our most improved player is MGW. He has shown a new found maturity to his game. The teasing flashes of brilliance still exist, but he has honed in the sillier aspects of his game, and we are much better side for it, and he is a much better player for it. He has far outshone a few 10s that were ahead of him in the England pecking order, like Foden and Madisson.

Asking me right now it's Milenkovic but with a decent chunk of the season left I'll keep my powder dry. Would take something special to take it from him though.

Ola for me. Pure vibes man. When I think about our identity and how we play I think of Ola Aina. He threads so much together, defends like a war hero and raises the game of MGW, Elanga and CHO. Gold dust mate.

But I love them all, real man love. I love Sels post match interviews, he always talks like he's been punched in the head a few times. I love MGW's furrowed forehead, love how Milenkovic prepares the defence on corners, the determination and aggression on his face. I love the way Wood kinda has a word with himself when he thinks he should have scored.

I could go on. This teams got character.

This is why I object to a "most improved" award - it rewards being crap the previous year and ignores the people churning out a solid 9.5 out of 10 the whole time

Too many to choose from
I have gone for the big lad at the back
We have not had a no frills, hard as nails and has ability and scores goals, centre back, who can play in the top teams in the country since - Colin Cooper
It really has been that long
He's also allowed Murillo to become an even better player

That description of Sels is hilariously accurate

Love it

After mulling Milenkovic, Aina, Wood, Murillo and Sels, I keep coming back to MGW. He might not have had the absolute highs of the others but he's the heartbeat, he's found a level of consistent quality that raises up everyone else around him. So much so that even non-Forest fans are calling for him to be given a chance to start for England. That speaks volumes. He's the player I think we would most struggle to replace. Hence, MGW for me.

I find it hard to disagree with what others have said about the qualities of Aina, Sels, MGW or other choices. They’ve all been fantastic throughout the season. It’s crazy that so many players have been so consistently good, but Milenkovic has been absolutely outstanding and almost flawless. People have rightly pointed out how he’s improved Murillo’s game, but I think that the same could also be said about how his mentality has had a wider transformation effect in the whole team. An absolute gem of a player who would walk into any team in the league.

Let's be real here, I know the whole teams solid but you can't just pick one. It's got to be both Selz and Wood solely on consistent performance?

So many worthy candidates - but for me MGW is the heartbeat of the team & gets my vote.
Robbo is our 🐐 but Morgan is starting to run him very close.

So many of these guys could be PotS

I've gone for Aina, the best RB in the whole country this season.
Milenkovic and Murillo were both extremely close though.

f*** this is hard. After yesterday I'm leaning Sels but then how in the name of God can in not be Wood after the season he's had? Milenkovic, Aina and CHO are my other contenders. Along with Murillo, and Gibbo. Elanga and Anderson are in with a shot too. f*** it I think I'll go with my man Ryan Yates
