What about the bit where he talks about being a "player development club". I mean, taken with the lack of signings, you could easily conclude that we "ain't signing shit". Now on loan, or in the summer. From that, you'd think we were going to rely mostly on what's coming through the ranks. Is that going to be enough to get us in the Prem? I'm not sure, but we'll know a lot better at the end of this season when we've seen if its even enough to keep us in the Championship.

He says that, but in his FW interview he talks about doing 'major surgery' in the summer and getting players in that know the Championship whilst also loaning out some of the kids to a level which will suit their development. :dunno:

Part of me is really looking forward to that if we stay up. He has weeks of eased pressure to actually formulate something.

Part of me though thinks it'll be just blank promises like we heard when he first came in.
