OK so I'm bored now that we've finally signed some players. What else can all of us Forest fans begin to moan about?! I must say that I had a delicious Meat & Potato Pukka* pie against Lyon but couldn't help think that the choice of pies was pretty poor really. Why can't we have the full range i.e. Steak & Kidney, All Steak, Chicken & Mushroom, Beef & Onion - as I understand it we only have Chicken Balti (very nice), Cheese & Onion (never tried it - I like meat!) and Meat & Potato (nice)

Also, they still have last years prices up i.e. pie @ £2.40 and then charged me £2.50 (surprise surprise the tills have bloody been updated not the menu boards!)

The catering is OK, just OK in the BCU but maybe it's time to franchise this just like the club shop?

* disclaimer. There are also (possibly) some other brands/variety of pies of equal quality, superior or worse!

It's what they do down at Prideless Park. I suppose it's an area to be investigated, but then there's a chance that we could end up losing potential income in the long term, and any quality control (not that it's amazing at the moment)

Genuine Pukka Pies too at cheaper prices than the City Ground!

I always avoid the catering at Forest, although i am susceptable to the occasional Bovril in the middle of winter

This debate has reared it's head before.

Steak and Kidney is the biggest selling of the Pukka family, yet Forest seem to ignore this basic fact year after year.

In fact, I think I posted a pie chart last time this subject came up.

Steak & Kidney is my pie of choice too.

Forest catering has been poor for a long time. They might as well just have a Rustlers vending machine and a microwave.

I didn't realise people actually bought food from the CG?

I only buy food from a football ground if it's an away match and I'm running late such that alternatives outside the ground would see me miss kick off.

The hot food at the city ground is dire. All of it. I'll eat a chicken curry pie, if there are any left at half time (rare) and i'm so hungry i could feint.
