i'd rather be an outsider to be honest. good odds to stick some money on and also it means less pressure so we can basically sneak up the league.

if we get all our targets, plus the new names that have been mentioned, our odds will drop considerably and we will be a force next year. not saying we will go up, that might not be the best thing for us, but i am confident that teams will be foolish to underestimate us next season

Good odds for Forest. I wouldn't be surprised if they were a top six club next seasons with Billy Davies in charge and if the rumours are true they'll be spending 10 million plus in the summer.



It all depends what they spend the money on really.

Plus, if Earnshaw starts hitting the back of the net like we know he can then they could be a very dangerous proposition.

I still wouldnt back us at 16-1, no matter how much money we MAY spend this summer.

In fairness though, they have every reason to be confident. When the new chairman came in and made Fergie Jnr manager, everyone said they wouldn't get promotion from league 2, and the did. Then everyone gave them no chance in league 1 and they got promotion there too.

They've got a talented and well-organised bunch of players. I wouldn't bet against them at least 'doing a Swansea'.
