Nah dude... He had his knees lowered when he was younger for a better centre of gravity. I reckon it was just a phase that went through the former Soviet block when he was younger.

I'm kinda fond of them actually... but looking back at that shirt now it looks a lot worse than I remember it looking at the time... I still really like the shirt that came after with the stripe up the front...

Love that kit for the fact that it was our promotion year - plus it has one of my favourite players ever on. STEVIE STONE!

Is there a page for the away kits? Love to see our blue number from the early nineties, as well as the other blue kit from around the time the above picture was taken .

I loved the first kit with black bits on - like a pair of braces, and absolutely adore the away kit of the same era, the blue and green one. Both Labatts era.

Probably because we were awesome wearing that kit, though.

Yeah the yellow one with the blue matrix like mess down either sides, although didnt think the white was too great.

Didnt mind the blue/green one of 93-95 despite reminding me of my bathroom shower curtain.

those kits were quality ! i can't believe some people liked the red/black forest shirts ! f***ing awful like a man utd shirt .
