It looks like Forest have relaunched their hospitality and commercial activities around a new „name“ - Nottingham Forest Events - which sees much-more -prominent integration with external companies:

A long-overdue dose of professionalism? Or an acknowledgment that the previous efforts at times might have shamed a gulag jailer?

I am not confident about an improvement in the standard of coffee, though.

Didn't the head of that department leave for a post in Scotland recently? Or something like that....

New head of that department probably trying to make their mark with rebranding.

I knew the man who did that job many years ago, brilliant bloke. He left to be the CEO of a football club, that didn't work out as that club got relegated out of the football league and no longer required a full time CEO!
