Nottingham Forest Direct

Hey guys, I'm a pretty new member on here, joined up over this summer, loving some of the threads!
Just wondering is anyone else able to get onto the Nottingham Forest Direct website? I can only get as far as the "Your new online store launches tomorrow". Does anyone know if there's a paticular time at which the store will actually launch? Knowing my luck I'll have missed it...
Tried my luck last night just after midnight too, to no avail :p
Cheers!

They'll probably launch the site this afternoon just after the Nottingham Riviera kit launch.

The website is working now.

With little to cheer in the way of signings, I was at least looking forward to Forest's new fantastic range of merchandise. At last, the club was making some progression on the retail front. Having seen Manccie Shitty's Umbro range, this is really going to be worth the wait....

Oh, the sites down. Hmmm...just a blip. Never mind, it'll be worth the wait.

Try again (several hours later)...I'm in!

Oh. Dear. Me.

It's the same old Sneinton Market tat.

That website is so much more accessible than the old one :)

I'd quite fancy one of those retro tshirts with psycho 3 on, if they put it on the back instead.

Apparently all of our current players are 'Nottingham Forest Heroes'. Apart from that though the new online store looks pretty swish (and not before time).

They did have a seperate section for 'Nottingham Forest Scapegoats', but it was decided it wasn't needed when Perch left.

EXACTLY my first thought. Would have had it on the back, with just a little tricky tree on the front.

Total cost for my home shirt is going to be £57.99! Jesus.

The site looks well designed and is very slick to use.

However the postage charges are shocking; £4.95 for 3-5 days, or £6.95 for 1-2 days for a shirt that will probably go in an A5 envelope when folded. Took the price up to over £63 when adding printing; whilst it would be nice to have the new shirt ASAP, I'm going to wait until the new shop opens on August 12th and get one from there, as then I'll avoid the swinging postal charges (yes I'm being cheap, but I can wait and I think those prices are a ripoff when spending over £55 on a shirt!)

I also noticed that there's nowhere on the website to enter a customer reference number (to qualify for a season-ticket holder discount) so that's another reason to use the shop (as it's an additional 10% off!)

It does look a good start though, and so much better than the previous effort!

the new website is a thousand times better than the horrible thing we used to have. There were better designed websites knocking about in 1995 than our old club shop website.

No wonder my post count..
This site is fantastic. Graphically, it complements our Garabaldi red so so well.

If I had 5 thumbs, i'd give it 5 thumbs up.

You think that's bad. I changed the currency to Euro - 59.98 is the cost of it. I checked on XE.com and £39.99 = €47.95 at today's rate! That's all before shipping
