NFFC Retail

When logging on to NFFC retail, trying to see which seats are available for the Bristol City game, all areas of the ground are marked in grey, and I can´t click on anything.
I´m guessing this one is not a sell out, and I can access the different areas of the ground for the Pompey game without any problems. (And I´ve already ordered plane tickets, so if it´s a sell out, I´m f**ked!! :) )

Guess I could call the ticket office, but would be nice to see which seats are available before I call!

Is this problem only on my account, or is it a problem with their website?

Same for me too. I too doubt it will be a sell out but there will be loads of home support, remember this is rearranged and was billed as the game to go to so you could have a better chance of Derby tickets.

Trying to call the ticket office now, but can only get a message "sorry, this service is no longer available".

There is no way Bristol City is a sell-out. Plus, they would have said on the website. Must just be the site cocking up!
 
I´ve just called the lady that´s arranging the tickets for the Supporters club, and she will help us (once again) with tickets, so it´s no problem. Only thing is, I can´t chose the seats my self, but she asked where I wanted them, so it´ll be alright. :)
We´re 3 people coming over, and they don´t have client reference numbers, so it´s the easiest way to do it, really.

Maybe some issue regarding reissuing tickets as its a rearranged fixture. :)
 
maybe because you're in a different region, there may be some kind of block on non-uk IP's?

Maybe, but I can access the seat selection part for the Pompey game without any problems...
I´ve ordered tickets though, so I don´t have to use NFFC retail. :)
